You can cancel at any time, no questions asked. After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Once it expires, your subscription ends automatically and no further payments are made. FocusPilot does not offer refunds or partial credits for unused time. All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — cancellation, renewal, and billing are handled directly through your app store account settings.

Yes. FocusPilot is built on AWS infrastructure with multiple layers of protection — including encryption, IAM role management, AWS GuardDuty, and continuous monitoring through AWS Inspector and CloudTrail. All data transfers are encrypted and access is strictly controlled. In the near future, all FocusPilot data will be stored exclusively in Switzerland, ensuring full compliance with Swiss and European data protection standards — GDPR and nFADP. Data security is a permanent investment, not an afterthought.
