Delete your FocusPilot account

This page explains how to delete your FocusPilot account and the data linked to it. FocusPilot is developed and operated by Nexoventis AG.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open FocusPilot and sign in.
2. On the Home screen, tap your profile picture at the top right.
3. Open Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
5. Tap Continue. Telling us why is optional. Then tap Delete account.
6. Confirm with Delete permanently.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out. FocusPilot also removes your data stored on that device.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@focuspilot.ai from the email address of your FocusPilot account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, write from any address and include the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings.

We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Delete some data and keep your account

You can delete parts of your data in the app at any time without deleting your account:

• Journal entries: open the entry and choose Delete.
• Goals and tasks: open the goal or task and choose Delete goal or Delete task.
• Mentor conversations: in your Mentor chat history, delete a single conversation or choose Delete All.
• What the Mentor remembers: Profile → Settings → Preferences → Reset Mentor memory.

To have any other data deleted, email support@focuspilot.ai and tell us what to remove. We complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted with your account

• Your account and profile: name, username, email address, profile picture, birthday, professional field and personality type
• Goals, tasks, plans, focus sessions and progress history
• Journal entries, including photos, drawings, voice notes and other attachments
• Mentor conversations, Mentor Briefs, Today's Read and everything the Mentor remembers about you
• Health data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect
• Saved places used for location reminders
• Streaks, achievements, insights, referral details, settings and preferences

What we keep, and for how long

• Backups: copies of your data in our backups are deleted within 90 days.
• Purchase records: transaction records we need for accounting and tax are kept for up to 10 years, as Swiss law requires. They contain no journal, goal or health content.
• Anonymous statistics: aggregated usage figures that cannot identify you may be kept.

Your subscription

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FocusPilot → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FocusPilot → Cancel
