Read your Focus Score trend
Updated
The Trend card under the Focus Score dial shows your score over the timeframe you pick, with one line that compares your latest finished day with your usual.
Change the timeframe
The control at the top right of Insights sets the timeframe for the whole tab:
| Timeframe | What the trend shows |
|---|---|
| This week | one bar for each of the last seven days |
| This month | one bar for each of the last 30 days |
| This year | one bar per month, each the average of that month’s settled days |
Every section of Insights follows the same choice, so no card has a timeframe of its own. Tap a bar to read its value. Today’s bar is highlighted.
The line above the chart
The line compares your latest settled day with the average of the settled days before it:
- “Yesterday was right on your usual.” The difference is under 5 points.
- “Yesterday was 6 above your usual.” or “… below your usual.” The difference is 5 points or more.
The comparison appears once there are three earlier settled days to compare with. Today’s score is never compared, because the day is still running. Your very first score reads “Your first score. The trend starts tomorrow.”
The average under the chart
Under the chart, the average counts settled days only, for example “Avg 64 over 5 settled days”. Until you have three settled days it adds how long until the trend starts (“Trend in 2 more days”). After that it names your best day (“Best Tuesday, 82”).
A day you never opened, or a day with nothing to measure, is a gap in the chart. It does not count as zero and does not pull the average down.
The change against last week
On This week, the dial also shows the change against last week: your last seven scored days against the seven before them. It appears once each group has at least three days.
The ⋯ button on the Trend card opens How it works. To move the trend, see How to raise your Focus Score.
