Where FocusPilot stores your data

FocusPilot stores your account, goals, journal and Mentor conversations on our servers in EU-north-1, the United States and Estonia. FocusPilot is made by Nexoventis AG, a company in Biel, Switzerland. Your data is not sold and is never used for advertising. The full legal text is in the Privacy Policy.

Who processes your data

Photos and files you attach are uploaded to our cloud storage so they are available on your other devices. A few other companies process data for us, each for one job:

• OpenAI and Anthropic run the AI features, such as the Mentor, Today’s Read and turning your notes into goals. See How FocusPilot uses AI, and how to turn it off.
• Apple and Google handle payments. FocusPilot never sees your card details.

If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, FocusPilot reads only the data types you allow there.

Is my data sold or used for ads?

No. Your data is not sold. Your health data, journal entries, Mentor conversations, goals and locations are never used for advertising.

Can my employer see what I track?

No. FocusPilot is a personal app. There are no team or company accounts, and your employer cannot see what you track.

How long is my data kept?

We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems right away, and copies in our backups are deleted within 90 days. Purchase records that Swiss law requires for accounting and tax are kept for up to 10 years. They contain no journal, goal or health content.

Get a copy of your data

There is no export in the app. To ask for a copy of your data, write to support@focuspilot.ai or use the contact page. Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us that address. We reply within one business day.

Depending on where you live, data protection law gives you further rights, such as correcting or deleting your data. The Privacy Policy lists them. To delete your data, see Delete your FocusPilot account.
