Restore your FocusPilot purchase
Updated
To restore your FocusPilot purchase, open your Profile, tap Subscription and tap Restore purchases, with your phone signed in to the Apple ID or Google account you paid with. Restore when you have paid but FocusPilot does not show your subscription, for example after reinstalling the app.
Restore a purchase
- Make sure your phone is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
- Make sure you are signed in to FocusPilot with the account you subscribed on. Your subscription belongs to that FocusPilot account.
- Open your Profile: on Home, tap your profile picture at the top right.
- Tap Subscription, then Restore purchases.
The plans screen’s menu has Restore purchase too, which does the same.
What the result means
The screen then says one of three things:
- “Your subscription is back.” Your subscription is active again.
- “No purchase found on this account.” The store found no FocusPilot subscription on the Apple ID or Google account on this phone. Check that the phone is signed in to the account you paid with.
- “We couldn’t reach the store. Try again.” Check your connection and tap Restore purchases again.
If you bought it on your other phone
Apple bills a subscription bought on iPhone and Google one bought on Android, and either works on both platforms once you sign in to the same FocusPilot account. On the other platform, the Subscription screen shows “Managed in App Store” or “Managed in Google Play”. Do not buy again there. A new purchase is a second subscription with its own bill.
