Why does FocusPilot still ask me to subscribe?

Updated

FocusPilot asks you to subscribe when it cannot find your subscription on the account you are signed in to. Your subscription belongs to the FocusPilot account you were signed in to when you bought it, and the store keeps the record of the purchase. Check both accounts, then restore.

Check your accounts and restore

  1. Check that you are signed in to the FocusPilot account you subscribed on. Your Profile shows the name and username at the top.
  2. Check that your phone is signed in to the Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
  3. Open your Profile (on Home, tap your profile picture at the top right), tap Subscription, then Restore purchases.

If it says “Your subscription is back.”, you are done. Any other result is explained in Restore your FocusPilot purchase.

If you bought it on your other phone

If you bought the subscription on your other platform, the Subscription screen shows “Managed in App Store” or “Managed in Google Play”. Do not buy again. A new purchase is a second subscription with its own bill.

If the plans do not load

If the plans screen says “Prices aren’t loading right now.”, tap Load plans. If they still do not appear, check your connection and that your phone is signed in to the App Store or Google Play, then try again.

Still stuck?
