Cancel your FocusPilot subscription

To cancel your FocusPilot subscription, cancel it in the store where you bought it: the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android. You keep FocusPilot until the end of the period you already paid for.

Cancel on iPhone

1. Open the Settings app and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions, then FocusPilot.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancel on Android

1. Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then FocusPilot.
3. Tap Cancel and follow the steps.

Cancel from the FocusPilot app

FocusPilot takes you to the right page:

1. Open your Profile: on Home, tap your profile picture at the top right.
2. Tap Subscription.
3. Tap Manage in the App Store or Manage in Google Play and cancel there.

If you bought the subscription on your other platform, cancel it in that store. The Subscription screen shows “Managed in App Store” or “Managed in Google Play” when that is the case.

What happens after you cancel

You keep FocusPilot until the end of the period you already paid for. Until then, the Subscription screen shows the date your access ends.

After that date, the app still opens and your goals, journal and history stay in your account. Anything that needs a subscription opens the plans screen.

If you change your mind before the period ends, open Subscription, tap Change plan and choose your plan again: renewal resumes, and the screen shows the date of your next charge before you confirm.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting your FocusPilot account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, using the steps above, or you keep being charged.
