What do the three rings on Home mean?

Updated

The three rings on Home show how much of the work due so far this week you have done in each area: Professional, Personal and Health. The week runs Monday to Sunday, and an area with nothing due yet shows a dash.

What does each ring cover?

  • Professional: work and career goals.
  • Personal: goals outside work, such as learning or time with people you care about.
  • Health: goals for your body, such as training or sleep.

A ring counts the goals and tasks due so far this week in that area and shows the share you have done. Work due later in the week does not count against you yet.

Which ring does a goal fill?

That depends on the category you gave the goal in Goals. To move a goal to another area:

  1. In Goals, press and hold the goal.
  2. Tap Move to….
  3. Pick Professional, Personal or Health.

What does the alignment sheet show?

Tap the rings to open the alignment sheet. It shows:

  • this week, day by day
  • for each area, the tasks done, the share done on time and your active days
  • a trend over the last 8 weeks

The i at the top of the sheet explains each area and gives one way to raise it.

What is the sentence under the rings?

Under the rings, one sentence describes your week. Tap it to open a Mentor chat that starts from that sentence, so you can ask what to do about it.
