How to share your progress from FocusPilot

Updated

To share your progress, tap the share button at the top right of Home, next to your picture. Pick what to share and a design, then save, copy or share the image.

Share an image

  1. Tap the share button at the top right of Home.
  2. Pick a tab: Goal Alignment, Week, Streak, Activity, Journal, Trajectory or Mentor.
  3. Pick one of the designs for that tab.
  4. Tap Customize to switch between Light and Dark and to show or hide the date.
  5. Choose what to do with the image:
    • Save image saves it to your photos.
    • Copy image copies it so you can paste it elsewhere.
    • Post to Stories opens your phone’s share sheet, where you can pick Instagram.
    • Share opens your phone’s share sheet.

When you save or copy, a short note at the top confirms it.

What can I share?

Each tab only appears when it has something to show, so a new account sees fewer tabs.

  • Goal Alignment: this week’s rings, by area.
  • Week: how much of this week you have closed.
  • Streak: your current streak.
  • Activity: today’s real actions in goals, the journal and the Mentor.
  • Journal: the days you wrote.
  • Trajectory: your Trajectory score, or how far your baseline has formed.
  • Mentor: one line from the Mentor about where you stand.

What do the images show about me?

Only what is on the image you pick. The images have a transparent background, so they sit on any photo or story. The Mentor tab’s line is written for sharing: it never includes your goal names or health details.
