Get a refund for FocusPilot
Updated
To get a refund for FocusPilot, ask Apple if you paid on iPhone, or Google if you paid on Android. They handle every payment for FocusPilot and decide refunds under their own policies.
Request a refund on iPhone
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Choose Request a refund, pick a reason and select your FocusPilot purchase.
- Submit the request. Apple tells you its decision.
Request a refund on Android
Follow Google’s steps on the Google Play refund page. Google explains what can be refunded and how to ask.
Always ask the store you paid. A subscription bought on iPhone is refunded by Apple, even if you now use FocusPilot on an Android phone, and the other way round.
Why FocusPilot can’t refund you directly
Apple and Google process all payments, so we never receive your card details and cannot send money back ourselves. Our Terms state that purchases are non-refundable on our side, and refunds cannot be processed in the app or through our support.
Avoid a charge you don’t want
- During a free trial, cancel before the trial ends. On iPhone, Apple asks you to cancel at least 24 hours before the end. About a day before the trial ends, FocusPilot sends a notification with the date of the charge, if notifications are allowed on your phone. See How the FocusPilot free trial works.
- For a running subscription, cancel in the App Store or Google Play before the next renewal. See Cancel your FocusPilot subscription.
- Before deleting your account, cancel first. Deleting the account does not stop the subscription.
