Find, pin, rename or delete Mentor chats

Every conversation with the Mentor is kept in your chat list. Open it with the menu button at the top left of any Mentor chat.

Find a chat

1. In any Mentor chat, tap the menu button at the top left.
2. Use Search chats at the top to find a conversation by its name, or scroll through the groups: Pinned, Today, Yesterday, Previous 7 days and Older.
3. Tap Show more at the foot to list more chats.
4. Tap a chat to open it, or tap New chat to start a fresh one.

Pin, rename or delete a chat

Press and hold a chat in the list, then choose:

• Pin keeps it at the top under Pinned, whatever its date. Unpin puts it back. Pins are kept on the phone where you set them.
• Rename gives it a name of your own, which also makes it easier to find with search.
• Delete removes the conversation.

If a rename or delete does not go through, the list says so. Check your connection and try again.

Reset what the Mentor remembers

Resetting deletes every chat with the Mentor at once, so it starts again without a history of your conversations.

1. Open Profile from your picture on Home, then Preferences.
2. Under Mentor, tap Reset Mentor memory.
3. Confirm. The app shows Memory reset when it is done.

Your journal, goals and check-ins stay as they are. The Mentor still reads them the next time you open a chat, within the switches you set in Preferences.
